If you need a little in-person motivation to get moving, HealthGirl and Aurora Life Sports Inc. have teamed up for yoga and fitness classes on Tuesday and Thursday evenings in North Dundas. Choose from Power Yoga, Yin Yoga, Hatha Yoga and FUNctional Fitness - or try all of them! Get ready for a season of rooting down and learning to fly in an inclusive, friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Get back on track, stay consistent and most importantly, have fun! Drop-ins are welcome.
