Hello, I'm Meghann Lynch.

I've always loved to be active and with a few health conditions, I've loved learning how to best manage my health.
Over the last 2 decades, I've dedicated my life to learning and sharing the best ways to be healthy and active, no matter your age, mobility level, or health status. I strongly believe that everyone has the right to be healthy and well at their own pace, no matter their background or ability levels, and that's why I started HealthGirl.
Let's walk the path to your own personal wellness together, one step at a time. All are welcome!

Hi, I'm Brad Robillard.

I began practicing yoga nearly 13 years ago, shortly after suffering a head & neck injury that left me with a mild traumatic brain injury. I originally approached yoga as a low impact form of exercise and as a way to rebuild my sense of balance. As my practice continued over the years, I also noticed it helped improve my focus and concentration – things I had struggled with since the brain injury.
I decided to share the benefits of yoga with others, and in 2020 I completed the 200 hour yoga teacher training at the Bodhi Tree in Kemptville, followed by the 300 hour program. I have also completed additional training with Love Your Brain Yoga, as well as a certification to teach aerial yoga.
When not practicing or teaching yoga, I like to take it easy at home. I enjoy gardening, playing video games, tinkering with computers, and most recently spending time with my new puppy – a miniature Australian Shepherd named Sprocket.
