I couldn't agree more, and I'll be completely honest: I'm still learning to love myself. It's a long journey. It's a life-changing journey, one I've been on for many years to heal.

We all need that - we all have edges that could use soothing, wounds that could use cleaning and suturing, tears that need to be shed, beliefs that need to be left behind.

It's not an instantaneous thing, it's certainly not always an easy thing.

It's worth it, though.

YOU are worth it, and I know you can do it.

You'll be amazed at who you are on your journey, and who you become on the other side of so much healing.

I'm here with you every step of the way, I believe in you, and I'm so proud of you for putting one foot in front of the other, taking one breath and then another. Trying a new thing here and then another to move yourself towards that place of healing, of freedom, of happiness.
