How often have you heard, or even said yourself, "I would die for my family"? (If not family, maybe insert "child", or "spouse", or even "cat".)
When it comes to our loved ones, many of us say that we would die for them. But the reality is, dying is easy - we only do it once. What's truly difficult is choosing to live for them, devoting ourselves to being healthy and happy so that we can be there for them for years to come. It's a choice that takes dedication and work, but the rewards are immeasurable. It might seem odd, but today I wanted to explore the difference between "I would die for my family" and "I would live for my family," and show you how to make the choice to truly live for your loved ones.
The Choice to Live
Choosing to live for your loved ones means taking charge of your physical and mental wellness.
