Repeat after me, "I am getting out of my own way."
Repeat it often.
Self-sabotage isn't really sabotage at all - it's your brain trying to keep you in the safety of the expected.
But, just because it's known doesn't mean it's safer or better than your new goal.
Take a breath and make your dreams happen.
