September's Schedule is Here!

Goodbye summer (I swear I won't cry), and hello autumn! September is just around the corner, and that means back to school, back to work, back to routines that include self-care as a priority, and not just as an, "I'll squeeze it in between late nights, driving children to various activities, getting house and yard work done, getting work-work done, and wringing every last drop of summer I can before it disappears forever" sort of chore.

Our September schedule is here to help you get back to taking care of yourself, reducing tension and muscle soreness, and building strength, mobility and flexibility while helping your mental health.

It's hard to get back into routines, which is why we try to make it easy with many options available to you, from in-person drop-ins and class packages that can be used on any of our regularly scheduled classes, to our online AnyTime Studio and AnyTime studio PLUS+ memberships offering exceptional value and ease of use anywhere you have internet.

This autumn, make your health and well-being a priority so that you feel good in your body and mind, knowing you're taking care of yourself inside and out.
