This is a fantastic and simple way to help breathe and relieve tension in your upper back, neck and shoulders.  

Do this seated, in a chair, on a mat, or standing as often as you need to get tech tension relief! 

Tree huggers are something I often include in my yoga and warm up practices because it is so accessible and effective.
