This week you'll use a chair and a LIGHT weight (or a water bottle or even a can of beans!) to help support your progress as you strengthen from the tips of your toes to the top of your head. Perform low-impact standing cardio moves inspired by Barre and Pilates so that you are gentle on your joints but get the best results from your efforts! Leg lifts, leg circles, Hundreds, Swimmers and more (with modifications!) await you to help you live a strong, healthy and happy life.
