Weekly Affirmation: 5-Minute Self Care Is Better Than Nothing

Repeat after me, "Even 5 minutes of self-care counts. Anything is better than nothing."
Repeat it often.
We often get caught up in the all-or-nothing mentality.
But even a few minutes of mindful breathing daily is better than 90 minutes of yoga done once per year.
Over time, a few minutes daily add up to a healthy you.
