April is almost here, and we aren't fooling around! This week, as part of our 12-week program to build healthy bodies and minds, we're focusing on trusting our strength and building strength in our hips and balance and improving joint resiliency and focus.

Please park in the east parking lot facing the cemetery and walk along the north side of the building (highway side) to use the North-West entrance. You'll see our signs on the walls and doors.
