Repeat, "I am consistent."
Anyone can get started.
Anyone can say they want things to be "perfect".
Perfection doesn't always cross the finish line, and anyway, it's not the point.
Keep putting one foot in front of the other.
Little steps each day will get you where you want to go.
Keep going; you will do this.
