Weekly Affirmation: I Am Grateful For All That I Have

Breathe in. Breathe out.
Repeat after me, "I am grateful for all that I have."
Repeat it often.
It's easy to get caught up in the 'not enough-ness' of life - not enough money, not enough time, etc.
But what if you took a few moments to embrace the joy of all that you have?
See that you have so much more than you realized when you open your eyes to the abundance around you.
Feel that gratitude warming your heart.
