Life happens, and you get busy.

It's easy to think that if you don't "go big or go home" it doesn't count.

But when you're busy, doing big things can be impossible.

Small steps are easier to take than large ones, and consistency is better than trying to be perfect.

Every little bit counts, my friend.

Keep taking little steps, one after the other, you're doing great.
