Mar 02, 2025Our new class schedule for March 2025 is live, and we are so excited to see you on your mat.
This week, we introduce two new classes to help you feel stronger and more flexible without tiring you out: Monday at 6:30 pm is Yoga-Pilates Fusion, and Wednesday at 6:30 pm is Brad's Reset & Recover. You'll feel refreshed and calm while still getting a full-body movement class that is friendly for beginners and beyond.
